Head of Finance

The Role:

• Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Overseeing end-to-end finance operations processes and controls, including statutory reporting, transfer pricing, taxation, and royalty reporting.
• Managing VAT, banking facilities, working capital, and treasury functions, including sales and purchase ledger management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance financial efficiency and mitigate risks effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure continuous compliance and best practices.
• Facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution of any findings.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Formal qualification as an accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and large ERP accounting software
• Strong analytical skills to interpret numerical data and make informed recommendations.
• Excellent academic background and interpersonal skills.
