Key Responsibilities:

*Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.

* Act as the primary point of contact for HMRC.

* Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative working environment.



The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:



* Experience in all aspects of financial management.

* Experience in Management Accounts

* Proficiency in Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting.

* Strong analytical skills.

* Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
