My client, based near to Bath, is a high-growth, B2C trading business, and a UK market leader in their field.

The business is at an exciting time in its journey as its principal shareholders are planning for succession.

Well capitalised, and with a stable and highly ambitious management team, they have identified a unique market opportunity to attract a Head of Finance to help support future business growth - both organically and via acquisition.

We are looking to attract high-calibre and highly ambitious senior finance leaders, ideally with a background supporting SME / Private Equity backed businesses scaling for growth.

As well as having direct responsibility for all aspects of the financial reporting and control environment (managing a small finance team), the Head of Finance will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the group, driving commercial finance activities, as part of the senior leadership team.

The Head of Finance is a hands-on role in an equity backed SME business that is scaling up.

If you are an existing Head of Finance / Financial Controller / Group FC with a commercial growth mindset and a background in PE / VC backed businesses or Corporate Finance please apply.

We look forward to hearing from you!
