Head of Finance - Solihull - £65K

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for finance and leadership? I am recruiting for a dynamic Head of Finance to lead a finance team and drive the financial success of the organisation.

As the Head of Finance, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of the financial operations. You will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Additionally, you will provide strategic guidance to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statuary accounts.
  • Lead the Year End Audit
  • Lead and support on payroll submissions
  • Manage projects and ensure they're delivered on time
  • Ensure Month End and Year End tasks are all completed on time
  • Provide monthly management accounts on company performance

Skills required:

  • ACCA or ACA qualification
  • VAT
  • Payroll
  • Tax
  • Audits
