Head of Finance - Group FP&A

A well known retail business is seeking an Interim Head of Group FP&A to steer their budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes. This is a chance to make a substantial impact, working closely with the executive committee and reporting directly to the Group Finance Director.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and analytical functions at a group level
- Deliver incisive reports and insights to senior stakeholders, shaping strategic decisions
- Foster robust relationships with key business partners, providing challenge and insight

Benefits:
- Salary range of £120,000 - £130,000 per anumn + benefits
- Central London location
- Hybrid working model, with 3 days on-site
- Immediate start with a 6-9 month fixed term contract

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven FP&A expertise within a large listed business environment, at a business unit or Group level
- Demonstrable commercial acumen, with a track record of adding value to the business
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders effectively
