Head of Finance - Fast Growth Creative Agency - Central London

Harmonic are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with one of the most successful independent agencies in the UK, supporting them with their new search for a Head of Finance. The agency has revenues of £8mill with goals to grow this by 50% over the next three years.

They are market leaders in terms of the investment in personal wellbeing for their employers. and have a beautiful office space in central London so for those who choose to spend more time in the office.

The agency is in a growth phase, and they are looking for a finance lead who can play a balanced role across commercial, strategic and day-to-day finance.

General duties will include:

• Financial analysis, working with the CFO to identify and understand impacts on profitability
• Monitor cashflow and ensure positive liquidity
• Evaluate working capital efficiency
• Manage relationships with external accountants
• Present updates on the agencies financial health, and provide suggestions to improve this
• Develop and analyse financial models to forecast and prepare for future growth
• Reviewing processes, systems and make changes to improve efficiency
• Oversee transactional finance AP/AR/GL
• Manage group consolidations across the UK & US
• Take ownership of management accounts, month end and variance analysis

Required skills:

· Agency experience

· Qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)

· Engaging and excellent communication skills

· Sense of humour / positive approach to work and problem solving

Package:

£75,000 - £85,000
