Head of Finance - Bedfordshire - Medical - Up to £80k

AJ Chambers are excited to represent a leading healthcare innovator with over 11 practices and growing. Our client is seeking a highly driven Head of Finance who is eager to drive strategy and growth within a close-knit team.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement financial and non-financial data strategy
• Produce monthly management accounts, KPI reporting, and financial analysis
• Manage treasury functions and oversee financial and external reporting
• Provide monthly reports for operational areas and manage payroll processes
• Implement and manage financial processes, controls, and data insights
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset control
• Work closely with the Senior Leadership team, advise on strategies to improve business performance
