Are you an experienced Family Lawyer seeking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a well-regarded law firm recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to lead their Family Law team in Birmingham.
The Role
As the leader of the family department at their Birmingham office, you'll oversee a team while handling a diverse caseload. The family department deals with a wide range of matters, including:
- Care Proceedings and PLO matters
- Divorce and finances
- Private Law Children
- Domestic Abuse, Non Molestation / Occupation Orders
- General family matters, including disputes involving unmarried couples and cohabitation
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who can hit the ground running, demonstrating a strong understanding of family law and a proactive approach to client representation. Previous experience in training or mentoring junior staff is beneficial.
