Head Of Events
We are excited to be partnering with an exciting and forward-thinking business in central Oxford, to recruit a Head of Events to join their team on a maternity contract.
This is a part time role, working 3 days per week, flexible to suit you!
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with colleagues in the events team to organise and deliver a range of events in the business
- Provide first-class service to clients, ensuring they are well-informed throughout the process and have any queried answered in a timely manner
- Liaise with various departments to plan events and promote to the wider business
- Work with your team to ensure revenue is assessed and costs are managed
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients, promoting commercial revenue for the business
- Manage a team of 2, ensuring effective training and professional development
- Work with senior leadership team to agree annual budgets, financial targets and monitor performance
