Head of Enterprise Risk Path to CRO

InterQuest have been retained to find a Enterprise Risk leader, with an international remit based from London (hybrid). We expect this person will likely have worked in sme/ start/ scale up environments within a hands-on 'Senior Manager' / 'Head of' capacity.

The Global Chief Risk Officer has a track record of developing and mentoring, with this role also offering an opportunity to succeed the CRO in approx. 2 years.

Forming part of the SLT, you will have the following experience to be considered:

• Hands on RMF development & implementation (introduce a new RMF fit for an international business)
• Work with the ExCo and committees - providing risk comfort and assurance
• Support the implementation of a new GRC system
• Collaborate and oversee other functions such as 1LOD re risk appetite
• Worked within a payments, money remittance, Banking and/ or related environment

• Identify, lead and manage risk projects, ensuring regular RMF and process enhancements/ streamlining
• London based - hybrid 1-2 days in the office per week Board/ committee meeting attendance monthly
• £120,000 fixed plus bonus and benefits

Essential

• You must be able to work in London
• Will genuinely be able to step up at CRO within 2-3 years for a global FS business
• Payments / Money Transfer / related Banking experience - closely aligned transferable skills
