Head of Ecommerce
This growing ecommerce retailer based in Yorkshire is looking for a Head of Ecommerce to lead their ecommerce functions and grow their market presence. You will be required in the office 3 days / week.
Reporting into the Ecommerce Director, the Head of Ecommerce will play a pivotal role in shaping their ecommerce strategy, overseeing all aspects of the customer journey and customer experience, as well as taking responsibility for growing, leading and developing the existing ecommerce team.
The role will include:
Develop and execute the overall ecommerce strategy, in line with the business objections
Deliver top line and EBITDA growth across existing and new product lines
Lead the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvements
Manage external agencies and ensure they’re delivering
Collaborate cross functionally with other departments
To be considered for this role, you will have strong online trading experience including CRO and an understanding of how online trading, acquisition and brand work together.
You will need a minimum of 5 years working in an ecommerce retail environment with proven results
Demonstrate ability to develop and implement successful ecommerce strategics that drive revenue growth
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights
