Head of Digital and eCommerce
Head of Digital - D2C eCommerce £60,000 - £70,000 - Crewe
We are seeking an experienced Digital candidate from an eCommerce background to oversee the acquisition & retention strategy for a group of scaling D2C websites.
You will oversee the entire Digital function, manage P&L and drive strategic growth over the next 12-24 months.
We are ideally looking for an individual who is comfortable working hands-on in the execution of digital campaigns with the support of freelancers, and agencies where needed.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a growth focused digital strategy across acquisition channels
- Devise an effective retention strategy
- Oversee P&L / budget allocation to necessary third-party support for campaign delivery
- Lead the growth of the department, hire & develop skillset gaps as the group grows
- Work closely with the existing eCommerce team on aligning marketing efforts
- Track, analyse & report on campaign performance to key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience devising and executing multi-channel campaigns
- Proven experience managing and developing a team
- Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred
- A 'roll your sleeves up’ attitude and approach, happy to be involved in daily tasks as well as more strategic work
- Strategic thinker capable of devising medium/long-term strategies
- Confident communicator and comfortable managing multiple stakeholder relationships
