We are currently recruiting on behalf of a large housing provider in London SE1 for a Head of Delivery to work in the Development team.

The client is seeking a senior construction professional who has private sector construction leadership experience in the residential housing sector.

Duties include.

The Head of Delivery will provide leadership to the team to ensure it plays its role in achieving the challenging and aspirational targets. As a senior leader in the development Directorate, you will manage a regional delivery team to delivery multiple projects within the current development programme.

The Head of delivery will ensure first rate delivery of new homes with a focus on safety, quality, programme forecasting and a mantra of the customer being the first in all they do.

The Head of delivery will be a hands-on proactive manager who is highly collaborate with experience across the construction industry to enable them to assist the team to manage the development programme across a range of tenures.

Experience required.

The client is seeking a construction professional who thrives on leading a team of high performing, highly modified individuals, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences at all levels of an organisation.

Excellent construction knowledge and experience in quality management, safety, and programme management.

Experience in delivering housing schemes of 100 unites plus in London including High Rise.

Experience of working either for a developer, main contractor, or consultant.

Qualified in a construction related degree.

Benefits:

Salary £95-£101,589k plus flexible hybrid working, split between the office in Croydon, home and site.
