Job Profile for Head of Design - MC268430

Head of Design required for a manufacturer of compressors based in Tonbridge. The successful candidate will have experience leading a design team and have good knowledge and experience with design engineering software's. You will be looking after a team of 5 (mechanical bias but an electrical design engineer as well). This role is a hands on role design engineering with mangement duties on the side.

• The current team use Inventor for the mechanical side and EPLAN for the electrical side
• Developing strategic plans
• Analysing trends
• Mentoring

Head of Design Position Requirements

• Experienced in Mechanical Design
• Design management experience

Head of Design Position Remuneration

• Salary dependent on experience likely £55k-£60k
• Other benefits to be discussed at interview stage
• 08:30-17:00 Monday-Thursday
• Early finish Fridays
