Windsor Forest College Group is looking for a Head of Department: Structural Technologies to join the Langley College team on a full-time basis.

Head of Department: Structural Technologies

The Head of Department’s aim is to enhance student retention and achievement by leading the way with innovative curriculum development. Through engaging the student base, the Head of Department will continue to maintain and increase the demand for Construction based studies at Langley College.

Additionally, they will promote best teaching practices and foster staff development, creating a strong department team focused on delivering the best teaching possible.

The successful candidate will have a recognised teaching qualification in addition to a strong background in leadership/management practices. They will be able to demonstrate their recent successful experience in running courses and high levels of student attainment and achievement.

With strong leadership skills and excellent subject knowledge of all aspects of Structural Technologies the Head of Department will become an instrumental part of the success for the Construction Department at the college.

This role will include up to 10 hours of teaching per week in addition to the management responsibilities.
