** Head of Credit Risk - Fintech - London **

I am currently supporting a Unsecured Fintech lender with a Head of Credit mandate.

They are continuing to grow rapidly with an already strong book and with view of building new products and enhancing their analytical capability.

With this in mind, they are looking to bring in a Head of Credit Risk to lead their function from both a strategic and 'hands on' perspective. This will essentially be to drive business growth at a business and Credit Risk capacity - by developing and enhancing their strategies, whilst also managing their current book. There will also be a requirement to work closely with wider business functions to drive quality products and the group's analytical capability.

Essential Experience;

  • Strong Credit Risk expertise
  • Extensive knowledge of unsecured products
  • Analytical background with the ability to get into the data
  • Excellent commercial acumen and management of non-technical stakeholders
  • Previously led a small team.
