Head of Compliance | Lloyd's Broker | London/WFH | £1XX,000 (doe)

Finitas are delighted to be exclusively partnered with a growing Lloyd's broker in their search for a Head of Compliance to join their team. Reporting into the CEO, you will be managing a team of 3 and some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the regulatory function and ensuring company policies and procedures are maintained and reviewed appropriately.
  • Support the SMFs by introducing enhanced rigour around risk and compliance.
  • Preparation of Agendas for various management.
  • Support the business in any future growth or acquisition.
  • Manage external relationships with third party providers.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate project roll outs to the business, including but not limited to systems and regulatory changes.

Experience required:

  • Must have at least 7 years of compliance experience
  • Must have worked in an insurance broking environment (ideally Lloyd's broker)
  • Strong background in process enhancement, system improvement and implementation
  • Strategic thinker comfortable working at all levels in an organisation.
  • Experienced people leader

This would be a perfect opportunity for a Compliance Manager or Compliance Officer who is seeking the opportunity to take a step up into a Head of Compliance role.

Please note you will be required to work in their London office 3 days a week.
