Head of Compliance Insurance

Eames is partnering with a global carrier to find a Head of Compliance who will play a crucial role within their executive management team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and oversight of regulatory changes, Compliance and Financial Crime Policies, and establish supportive frameworks and policies.
• Design and execute compliance advisory plans while continuously tracking progress against objectives.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive company-wide compliance framework, including a robust compliance monitoring program.
• Collaborate closely with other business functions and subsidiaries to ensure overall compliance across the group.
• Provide regulatory assurance to the board regarding their obligations.
• Manage regulatory interactions and reporting effectively.
• Ensure the effective assessment and management of regulatory, compliance, and conduct risks across the business.

Requirements:

• Substantial experience in leading compliance and regulatory functions within the insurance sector.
• Experience in a UK regulated environment, specifically within the Lloyd's market.
