As the Head of CIPD and CMI Programmes, you will be responsible for leading the planning, development, delivery, and quality assurance of professional qualifications including Human Resources, Learning and Development and Management and Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Reed Learning delivers high quality, learner focused, flexibly delivered HR, L&D and leadership and management (L&M) qualifications.
  • Work to achieve high standards in teaching, learning and assessment, and high levels of learner satisfaction, ensuring that quality targets are achieved, and that the curriculum is delivered as efficiently as possible.
  • Deliver a flexible and innovative curriculum that aligns with awarding body standards and is responsive to feedback from current learners and anticipates likely changes in demand from future learners.
  • Provide supportive line management to the Programme Leads and Senior Programme Adviser.
  • Work collaboratively with the learner support team to create a learner support and engagement approach that delivers market leading student progression and engagement rates.

Skills and qualifications

  • Previous experience of managing CIPD programmes is essential.
  • Proficiency in designing, developing, and evaluating curriculum content, ensuring alignment with educational standards, learning objectives, and learner needs.
  • Experience in building successful relationships with key stakeholders
  • Results driven, motivated and passionate about inspiring learners.
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Stakeholder and relationship management.
  • Project management.
