We are seeking an exceptional leader, driven by a passion for providing high-quality careers guidance and supporting students to achieve their full potential in life.

Overview:

As a leader in a high performing secondary and post-16 education institution, you oversee the development and implementation of the school's careers strategy, ensuring effective delivery of Careers Education, Information, and Guidance (CEIAG).

A typical week:

  • Lead & develop careers & futures programme
  • Cultivate alumni & external partnerships
  • Ensure outstanding CEIAG & post-16 provision
  • Deliver engaging events & communications

You'll need the following for this role:

  • Educated to degree/NVQ level 4
  • Experience working with Students on education initiatives
  • Ability to build & enhance relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
