**New Opportunity – Head of Business Partnering**

Venn Group are working with a Housing Association on a Remote role, who are looking to recruit a Head of Business Partnering. The organisation are working to add a middle layer of management to produce long term business plans and lead a team of 4. The successful Head of Business Partnering, will be able to start as soon as possible

Title: Head of Business Partner
Location: Peterborough, Remote
Hours: Full time
Contract: Permanent
Duties:

• Lead on long term business plan updates
• Assess the effects of new business opportunities
• Produce reports to boards and external stakeholders
• Lead on reporting performance against budgets
• Make recommendations to address variances identified
• Optimise income

Systems / Qualifications:  

• Fully Qualified ( Required ACA, ACCA, CIMA or Equivalent)
• Excel Spreadsheets (Power BI)
• Open Accounts

Experience:

• Social Housing experience (Essential)
