We are actively looking for a Head of Building Safety and Compliance to join a housing association in the Bristol area on a permanent basis. In return you will receive 33 days annual leave including bank holidays, hybrid working, flexible working hours, the option to buy extra annual leave, health care cash plan, learning and development opportunities.

As the Head of Building Safety and Compliance, you will be:
  • Responsible for the day to day management of the big 6 of compliance and building safety
  • The main point of contact for across the organisation and external stakeholders for any compliance related issues, ensuring that all work is in line with legislation
  • Managing all budgets with financial responsibility for the department
  • Leading the compliance team building excellent working relationships

Qualifications / Experience:
  • Extensive experience managing and working with the big 6 of compliance and building safety
  • Previous experience leading and managing compliance / building safety teams
  • An in-depth understanding of current legislation and data
  • Previous experience working with contract management
  • Social housing experience
  • IOSH or NEBOSH

As the Head of Building Safety and Compliance, you will receive:
  • £65,000 - £70,000
  • 33 days annual leave including bank holidays
