We're looking to hire an exceptional human to lead a high-performance Contract division to new heights. You will have support from award-winning Directors to grow the GP in a hands on capacity initially, with a fast track and platform target to become hands off and more client and people focused. You will grow the headcount of the team autonomously, leveraging existing client relationships and forging new ones. It's a chance to put your own stamp on an established and experienced team in a recruitment company that is aiming to be the standout recruitment brand in the UK.

Accountabilities

  • Use your creativity, entrepreneurialism, and expertise to grow the Bristol Contract team billings, in line with targets agreed alongside the CEO and Director of Contract.
  • Lead, manage and grow a team of 7x 360 Consultants and 2x Delivery Consultants. Provide expertise, inspiration, and emotional support to enable them to achieve their targets/goals.
  • Bring on new business through a combination of growing existing SR2 accounts and winning new customers in the Consultancy, Public Sector & Tech for Good markets.
  • Proactively stay on top off industry trends and emerging markets, to help SR2 stay ahead of the curse and stand out from the noise within the market.
  • Represent and grow the SR2 brand through our charity and community partners. Helping to bring awareness to our unique scheme's such as Women Rock and Technology Volunteers.

Main Duties

  • Hands-on billing to lead from the front with your own personal performance
  • Leading a team to build and grow a sustainable contract 360 platform
  • Evidencing a new business strategy to identify, grow and win a customer base
  • Set realistic individual and team billings targets, alongside the CEO.
  • Use your empathetic and personalised leadership style to drive high performance within the team, ensuring targets are met and people's personal goals are kept in mind. Carry out weekly and monthly 121s with team members, and act as a servant leader to help the team grow the contract Platform and GP.
  • Drive personal development of the team with coaching and personalised training sessions, in conjunction with our established L&D team.
  • Drive best practices in 360 Contract recruitment, using all the experience from your career.
  • Leverage your business development experience to identify and win new customers. Identify new revenue opportunities within existing and legacy clients, helping to positively impact team GP.
  • Support the Delivery team in sourcing and managing the applications of contractors, that are appropriate fits for our clients.
  • Report to the CEO on performance & activity of the team, using our modern analytics tools and financial data during a weekly 121 meeting.
  • Fully manage the contractor aftercare process, making sure that all of our associates are happy and their problems are dealt with.
  • Build close relationships with the Shared Services team, to ensure all compliance and finance responsibilities have been adhered to.
  • Support the Internal Recruitment Manager to identify, attract and onboard new team members.
  • Maintain and develop relationship with Team Leaders of other teams within the business, to ensure cross selling into accounts and knowledge share on best practices is occurring.
  • Work with the Operations team to make sure your team are getting most out of the tools and technologies we have invested in. Suggest new tools that could provide good ROI.
  • Spend time every week on your personal development and keeping up to date on industry trends. Act as an innovator within the business, using your entrepreneurial mindset to come up with new ideas that will make us stand out from the noise.
  • Attend client meetings to sell the SR2 brand and negotiate terms of business, ensuring SR2 commercial interests ae kept in mind.
  • Live & breath the SR2 values,: work hard, be accountable, and be a good human.
  • Be the change you want to see. Be actively involved in our charity work, meet up events, community and D&I offerings wherever possible

Experience Required

Essential

  • Successful background as a 360-contract recruiter, with a track record in winning new customers
  • Proven experience of autonomously leading a contract division, demonstrating results, growth and progression.
  • An inspirational and proactive personality, who can win hearts and minds of team members and external customers.
  • A winning combination of having a commercial mindset, being a good human and a creative thinker.

Desirable

  • Background of Technology/Transformation contract recruitment within the sectors we operate in: Public Sector, Consultancy and Tech for Client.
  • Experience of running meet ups events and driving community/charity offerings.
