£80K + Commission

London based hybrid role

We are looking for an experienced senior leader with a wealth of commercial and creative experience who can successfully create, sell, and deliver amazing, branded podcast content. You will be joining one of the fastest growing, independent audio production companies in Europe!

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales strategy who can open doors and close deals, driving projects from an idea to evaluation keeping stakeholders happy at every step of the way. Being able to forge meaningful relationships with big name brands is a must!

They will also be able to flex their creativity and keep coming up with winning formats that brands will need and decision makers will sign off. You will be well connected commercially with impressive contacts across industry leading brands and agencies worldwide. The role will be the first of a Branded Content division that you will eventually head up, giving plenty of room for expansion within the company.

Key responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for sales strategy to create a healthy pipeline of both new and repeat business
• Generate revenue
• Project management of branded content shows and partnering internally with teams responsible for delivery
• Manage and nurture relationships with global brands
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to create a concept, then produce branded podcast content
• Build out and lead Branded Content division when revenue justifies it

The ideal candidate will be/have:

• Personable
• A passion for audio content and an understanding of how to sell it
• Experience pitching to brands and agencies
• Understanding of how to navigate legal considerations, business affairs, IP & licensing
• Commercial - proven strategic ability to bring in new and repeat business
• Collaborative - a highly efficient team leader who can also collaborate with internal production teams and external clients
