o Implementing operating and assurance systems and establishing a preventative methodology drawing upon data-driven evidence, practical based experience and an effective mix of leading and lagging indicators.

o Developing and discharging the BAE account-based Quality Management plan to meet all BAE customer and contractual requirements and aligned to EMCOR UK's ISO9001 delivery plan.

o Advising the Account Director on all technical and safety matters; evidencing compliance, providing objective technical analysis and safety performance/culture measurement; developing and delivering continuous improvement activities.

  • Deliver parity across the physical and physiological health disciplines to deliver EMCOR’s 'whole person’ approach to safety and wellbeing. Coordinate the development of a vision and mission for a broad-based, holistic concept of safety for EMCOR UK operations at BAE, in collaboration with BAE and aligned to EMCOR UK organisational goals.
  • As the BAE senior technical and safety professional, provide the customer interface for operational technical and safety matters and support the Senior Authorising Engineer (SAE) & HoSO in delivering an effective account wide technical and safety assurance regime.

Who you’ll be:

  • First degree (Master’s degree desirable) or equivalent in a Technical or Safety related discipline (or transferrable people-based discipline) or similar related topic.
  • Hold or working towards Chartered status (required) and membership of a relevant professional body e.g. CEng or CMIOSH, or equivalent.
