Position: Accounts and Finance Head
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Washington
Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
Salary: £33,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
As the Accounts and Finance Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Preparation of monthly Profit & Loss reports and other management reports
• Recording all expenses and maintaining accurate bookkeeping entries
• Compliance with reporting requirements to authorities, including VAT, TAX, and Pensions
• Managing bank connections, reconciliations, and postings
• Control and processing of salaries and payments
• Budget preparation, expenses control, and payments to suppliers
• Collection of payments from customers and monitoring of cash flow
• Costing analysis and preparation of costing reports
• Monthly profitability and inventory value calculation
• Credit card management and reconciliation
• Preparation of audit materials and annual financial statements
• Yearly tax reporting and management of projected cash flow

Qualifications:

• AAT Professional Diploma in Accounting Level 4 or equivalent
