We are seeking an adept Practice Team Manager to lead our client-facing accounting team, overseeing outsourced financial management and reporting. Your role will be pivotal in driving team performance, enhancing client relationships, and spearheading digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the team, aligning them with company objectives through effective performance management, coaching, and support.
• Engage directly with clients to elevate service levels, cultivate new opportunities, and champion innovative projects.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance client relationships and optimise service delivery, actively contributing to business enhancements.
• Strategise and implement digital accounting transformations, leveraging technologies such as business intelligence, analytics, and cloud accounting solutions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across the team and uphold superior client experience standards.
• Drive commercial viability by managing team revenue streams and identifying avenues for growth.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

• Hold ACA, ACCA, or similar qualifications.
• Demonstrate proven leadership experience within a chartered practice environment.
• Possess a profound understanding of technology, including proficiency with Power BI, Xero, advanced Excel, and data analytics.
• Exhibit a track record of researching, scoping, and executing digital transformation projects, with a focus on accounting automation.
