What's involved?

This role would ideally suit an experienced Sous Chef who is looking for their next step up in the kitchen or a Head Chef looking for a new challenge. You will be working very closely with the team, supporting them in the day to day running of this busy kitchen. The ideal Head Chef must be experienced with working with fresh local produce, as well as working in a fast-paced environment without compromising standards.
