Job Role : Head Chef
Location : Birmingham
Salary : £55,500 + Bonuses.

The Ideal Candidate. 
  • You will currently be a Head Chef from a similar background. 
  • Have extensive knowledge of different types of cuisine and cooking techniques. 
  • Natural leader of people who can inspire a team and bring out individual potential, whilst offering growth and support.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery consistently.
  • Be passionate about delivering exceptional dishes using the finest ingredients and maintaining a strong relationship with the suppliers. 
  • Have exceptional cooking skills and palette, with an outstanding attention to detail. 
  • A charismatic and confident communicator with your team, whilst also calm and collective. 
  • Being alert for opportunities to improve the profitability of the department, through stock control, GP and labour. 
  • Professional, hardworking, flexible and keeping up to date with the newest trends in the industry.
  • An ambassador of the brand.
  • Responsible for creating amazing culinary experiences.
  • Have responsibility for ensuring the brigade complies with all health & safety and food safety policies and procedures.
