Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with this rustic fine dining gastro pub in an affluent area in Islington London. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to lead a strong Brigade to success.

Package

£65,000 + DOE

What's involved?

To be considered for this role you need to have proven Head Chef experience and have been in each of your roles for more than a year..

A successful Head Chef will have full reign of the kitchen. Duties to include planning menus, making sure food is of the right quality and price, managing stock, ordering food from local suppliers, controlling a budget, keeping accurate records, managing health and hygiene procedures, organising the staff duty rota, recruiting, training, and developing staff. Coordinates with restaurant management team on supply ordering budget, and kitchen efficiency and staffing.

The ideal candidate will have a calm and nurturing manor to fit in with the dynamics of the team and to ensure that the up and coming generations can learn to their full potential from some of the best chefs in the industry.
