A really nice opportunity has come up to lead the team of a busy 3* hotel in a cracking location in the west of Scotland. This area is everything in terms of stunning landscape and screams traditional Scotland. In the summer you will expect to see lots of holiday makers pass through this busy area, seeking refreshment as they admire the loch views and scenery following their long rambles over the mountains. A head chef with purpose, you will be managing all food service for this busy venue from breakfast through to restaurant service, afternoon tea and brasserie. You'll be keen to use traditional Scottish themes and fresh food will be close to your heart. If you have culinary skills, leadership abilities, creativity, time management and excellent management skills we would love to hear from you.
