What's involved?

The Head chef is charged with running all aspects of the kitchen & management of a team of 10, responsibilities include menu planning, deliver all aspects of HACCAP & operate up-to-date health & safety legislation practices. The role would suit a Head Chef with similar experience or coming from a well established 4 star hotel background.
