New College Swindon have an exciting opportunity for a HE Administrator to join the team!

Location: North Star and Queens Drive Campuses, Swindon

Salary: £8,695 per annum

Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent

Hours: 15 hours per week (9am until 2pm – Tuesday to Thursday)

HE Administrator – The Role:

Say ‘Hi’ to HE!

Our Higher Education department are looking for an administrator to join to aid in the support of the HE office. You will arrange, manage and record HE meetings, and support the production of accurate course information. You will also assist team members in collating data for reporting, student voice and identification of students at risk.

HE Administrator – Key Responsibilities:

- Organise and manage meeting schedules and attendance, taking accurate minutes

- Provide student letters as required by the HE Registrar

- Produce student handbooks in liaison with curriculum departments

- Support with student voice processes and the collation of student feedback

- Monitor student attendance to inform the at-risk process
