Our client are a private sector accommodation provider who are seeking a hard services facilities manager to oversee maintenance of a brand new luxury site in Basingstoke.
Your new role
As Facilities Manager, you will oversee the maintenance and repair across a luxury site in Basingstoke. You will manage a small team of in-house operatives and engineers, as well as external contractors. Other duties will include managing the set up of PPM and maintenance schedules across the sites plant and BMS.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will require a technical background in commercial maintenance and relevant experience in supervising others, as well as liaising with external contractors. You will also require a good understanding of planned and reactive maintenance to commercial plant and associated equipment, including BMS systems.
What you'll get in return
When successful in securing this role, you will receive a permanent contract with a growing, private sector accommodation provider. You will also receive up to £48,000 salary (depending on experience), as well as other company benefits.
