• Undertake routine and planned maintenance tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform a variety of fabric repairs, including fixing doors, flooring, and decorating.
• Conduct visual inspections of mechanical and electrical assets, ensuring all are in top condition.
• Manage your workload effectively, completing tasks within set timeframes.
• Collaborate with Technicians to maintain stock levels and complete larger works.
• Work alongside contractors, providing support and ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, adhering to room entry procedures and addressing client needs.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the team’s success by assisting with unplanned works and promoting sustainable management practices.

• Proven maintenance/fabric experience with relevant qualifications.
• Mechanical, carpentry, and electrical knowledge.
• Proficiency in IT, particularly Excel.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Sound health and safety knowledge.
• Eagerness to learn, develop, and maintain awareness of Legionella management.
• Outstanding customer service skills.

• First Aid certification.
• IOSH Working Safely qualification.
• Experience managing work through a CAFM app/system.
