Are you a Handyperson based in Bournemouth looking for local maintenance work for one of the UK`s largest provider of purpose-built student accommodation?

Our client operates in 23 of the UK's leading University towns and cities with over 70,000 students within their properties. They are renowned for their excellent benefits packages including 25 days annual leave, healthcare plans, fantastic pension scheme and employee discounts.

You will be required to resolve a variety of general maintenance issues including plastering, plumbing, carpentry and basic electrical repairs within student accommodation. Additionally you will be responsible for responding to any Health and Safety related calls as well as logging, planning and rectifying any remedial works.

* £30,000
* Annual Bonuses
* Flexible Shifts Between 08:00-20:00 Monday-Sunday
* 37.5 Hours Per Week
