Are you an experienced Facilities Maintenance Assistant looking for a new opportunity with a successful Facilities Organisation in the Carlisle Area

Randstad C&P are working alongside a leading Facilities Management Organisation who are seeking an experienced Maintenance Assistant to work on a static site based in North Tyneside

This role is a temporary ongoing role with the view to go permanent for the right candidate

Your Package

• Competitive hourly rate of up to £13.00/ £14.57 per hour
• Monday to Friday
• 40 hours per week

Duties and responsibilities

• Carrying out all aspects of general fabric tasks which can include joinery, plumbing, small electrical works, painting and decorating within commercial and domestic environments
• Ideally from a joinery/handyman background
• Proactively floor walk and report/record any maintenance or H&S issues to management
• Client facing role, therefore must have good customer service skills
• Reporting back any issues to the Maintenance Manager
• Working as part of a team
• Adhering to targets, SLA's and KPI's

Experience/ Desirable

• Previous experience carrying out Maintenance work within a Commercial or Manufacturing facility
• Worked within the Facilities Management industry previously
