A Handyman is required for a residential block in Reading. This will be a full-time position, 35 hours per week.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday from 08:00am to 16:00pm.

  • Car driver preferred however Green Park Train Station is located within the development.

Duties Include:

* Competent to be able to carry out H&S checks and fire door checks.

* Basic plumbing or electrical skills. For example, unblocking drains or replacing sockets.

* Basic Carpentry skills.

* Valid UK drivers license.

* Regularly perform maintenance jobs.

* Undertake light installation or carpentry (e.g. build cabinets).

* Changing locks as necessary.

* Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work.

* Inspect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.

* Regular visit to various sites for PM jobs.

* Carry out minor adaptations to the environment, i.e. putting up shelves, notice boards etc.
