Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address any issues.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants.

• Install, repair, and maintain fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders and invoices.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed to complete larger repair projects.

• Ensure that all safety and building codes are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good physical condition and stamina.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

As a Handyman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of sites across West Midlands.
