Job Title: Handy Person (Painter & Decorator)

Location:Walthamstow, East London.

Role Type: Permanent Role

We have permanent opportunities for Handy people specialising in Painting and decorating to join a leading Property Services company. We are looking for an experienced engineer who takes pride in their quality of work and delivery of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Minor repair works in social housing properties both occupied and void
• Painting and general decorating
• Ideally able to carry out minor works outside core trade eg, Lock changes, Splash tiles, Patch plaster and mould washing

Requirement:

• Hold a relevant City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 Qualification in a relevant trade
• Full UK Driving licence held for at least 12 months
• Experience within Social housing or domestic maintenance
