Industria Personnel are looking for highly motivated GuaranteeCustomer Service Advisor to complement our client’s friendly vibrant team on a temporary – permanent basis!

Are you an ambitious Customer Service Advisor looking for a new career? This could be the role for you! Their customers are important to them and they are proud to provide the best service and make them their main priority.

Based at their office in Hinckley you will be responsible for the below:

  • Providing comprehensive support to customers post-installation from demonstrating extensive knowledge of their products and parts or through expert advice and information regarding their Guarantee terms and conditions.
  • Responsively addressing customer enquiries across various communication channels ensuring you are managing cases in a timely manner and maintaining an organised inbox.
  • Booking guarantee appointments for works to be carried out in accordance with company terms and conditions.
  • Reading survey plans in order to identify affected parts and communicating this information to ensure the relevant and correct parts are ordered.
  • Provide efficient and effective service to customers, undertaking handling of objections if needed
  • Handle all administrative duties related to the customer, including maintaining and updating customer information on their CRM tool
  • Provide the personal touch to their business, delivering a friendly, professional and high-quality service to all customers
  • You will work towards objectives to achieve individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and in turn will be recognised and rewarded for going the extra mile

Choice of shifts available:

09:00 – 17:00pm Monday – Friday

Hourly Rate: Starting rate of £11.00 per hour increasing to £11.53 after 12 weeks.

Start Date: 26th February 2024

Successful Candidate:

  • Problem-Solving Abilities to analyse customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Experience of working with Guarantees and policies is an advantage
  • Accurately recording and maintaining customer data and writing comprehensive notes for all customer interactions.
  • Able to work with autonomy and demonstrate a positive attitude and team spirit
  • Customer satisfaction focused, process and results driven
  • Computer literacy, specifically proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to learn and use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system efficiently.

No qualifications required for this role a full training will be provided from day one providing you the skills and knowledge required to be confident to carry out the role to your best ability
