Do you have Group Operations experience but are feeling bored with one destination and would like to arrange group travel throughout Europe and Long-haul destinations?

We are working exclusively with our client, who is now recruiting a Groups Operations Executive to deal with quotations and itinerary planning from start to end.

This is a position that does require to be office based, Monday to Friday working 09:00-17.30hrs in North West London.

Group Operations / Travel Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Managing booking requirements.
  • Allocating services with suppliers and in our systems for tour requirements including meals, guides, site entrances, ferries, trains and coaches.
  • Maintaining regular contact with your suppliers.
  • Contracting bus companies and ferries
  • Managing booking requirements: keeping track of assigned group space and special requirements, tracking and notifying any changes.

Groups Operations / Travel Consultant Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Work experience dealing with Group Travel.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills including the ability to work with all levels of employees.
  • The ability to work under tight deadlines and with budget constraints.
  • Ability to multi-task projects and responsibilities and strong prioritization skills.
