Our client an very well established Employee Benefits organisation is now looking for an experienced Group Risk and Healthcare consultant to join the team.

You will join a friendly and professional team where you will be involved in all aspects of Employee Benefits renewals and administration for group schemes.

It will be essential that you have experience and a high degree of technical knowledge on Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection, Group Critical Illness and Group Private Medical Insurance.

It would also be desirable for you to have a working knowledge of Group Dental, Cash Plans and Employee Assistance Programmes.

The Role

  • Carrying out market review exercises on a portfolio of companies.
  • Drafting market review reports
  • Liaising with group corporate clients and providers to implement recommendation
  • Providing guidance and support to a team of employee benefits administrators on group risk and healthcare arrangements.
  • Ensuring the retention and identifying potential opportunities to develop the group risk and healthcare portfolio.
  • Processing of client, provider and adviser queries by email, letter and phone.
  • Communicate with existing and prospect clients and providers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain company database of employee information, adhering to GDPR guidelines.

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and data spreadsheets
  • The ability to prioritise work
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Be flexible and able to adapt to new situations
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
