Group Head of Tax

My client are a leading player in the oil and gas sector and are now looking to recruit a Group Head of Tax to report directly to the CFO and sit within a well established finance function.

This individual will report into the CFO and manage all worldwide tax affairs of the group, including tax strategy and planning, dealing with international tax issues, overseeing tax compliance and reporting and manage the overall tax function.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a group tax role
• International tax experience is preferred
• Experience working as a Number 2 in tax or HOT
• Strong UK corporate tax experience
