GROUP HEAD OF SALES

HOURS: Full time, permanent.

LOCATION: Daytona Sandown Park, More Lane, Esher, Surrey, KT10 8AN.

SALARY: £60k per annum.


Are you an entrepreneurial and dynamic sales manager? The UK’s leading outdoor go-karting group, Daytona Motorsport, is seeking an experienced leader for their sales team. The successful candidate must be proactive, engrossed with commercial growth, driven by maximising profit, and is a highly organised, effective communicator.


Key success criteria for this role include:

To manage the sales team and foster an entrepreneurial culture, delivering revenue growth across the department.
Providing training and ensuring personal development across the sales department.
To champion a culture of sales representatives across all customer-facing positions within the business.
To exponentially grow the volume and value of exclusive and private hire bookings.
To identify new business opportunities and products and then implement profitable go-to market strategies.
To take ownership of the three venues’ operational calendars, scheduling recurring and one off events.
To report on revenue figures and be data-driven and analytical in making reactive commercial decisions.

Candidate profile:

A dynamic, self-driven and results-orientated leader with a positive outlook and clear focus on high standards. A reliable, tolerant, and determined individual. Well-presented, friendly, approachable, and professional with first-class communication skills.
