This Group FP&A Manager role will be a key player in the delivery of planning and analysis of the Group informing and supporting the decision making of senior management and the Board. You will also manager a team of two FP&A Analysts. This is a hybrid working role based in central London.

Description

As the Group FP&A Manager you will be responsible for the following:

  • Support the preparation of the Group's monthly financial reports
  • Compilation of detailed analysis packs for senior management and the production of Board presentations for the CFO
  • Critical review, analysis and summary of the business units' operating results, flagging risks, opportunities and adding value with insights
  • Provide financial analysis to support the preparation of quarterly results announcements and investor briefings
  • Develop and manage analytical tools, reports and models
  • Support the preparation and coordination of the budget and long-term planning
  • Presenting, preparing and analysing quarterly forecast updates to leadership
  • Review existing processes and investigate further automation, streamlining and enhancement
  • Leading a team of two FP&A analysis, fostering an environment to create future leaders
  • Ad hoc analysis as required

Profile

A successful Group FP&A Manager should have:

  • Qualified Accountant - ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CA / CPA or equivalent
  • Experience in a multinational business with FP&A expertise
  • Excellent analytical experience and ability to clearly present insights
  • Proven experience in driving change management initiatives
  • Commercial acumen and excellent communication skills

Job Offer
