Are you a qualified accountant able to start a new role in the next few weeks? Do you have experience of IFRS group consolidation accounting? Can you work in central Bristol 3 days a week? If so we would be keen to hear from you as our client is going through a large period of positive change and needs extra support in the reporting team for next 12 months. Day to day responsibilities will be :

*Production of the monthly IFRS consolidation, balance sheet, earnings statement and reconciliations for inclusion in the board pack.

*Preparation of the financial statements for inclusion in the annual and interim reports.

*Responsible for accounting for share capital and share option schemes

*Responsible for the management and development of two qualified accountants, who support certain aspects of the role and oversee the production of entity financial statements.

This role requires a keen focus on accuracy, integrity and financial control within the finance function whilst maintaining a positive attitude to change and support business needs. There will be continual improvement of the processes and controls surrounding the monthly consolidation process so someone who likes to identify areas of improvement and better ways of working would be advantageous.
