Group Aftersales Manager
  • Up To £40,000 Basic Salary
  • £50,000 OTE
  • 45 Hour Week Monday To Friday

Group Aftersales Manager required for Automotive multi-franchise vehicle dealership in the Yeovil area.

Our Client is currently seeking an Group Aftersales Manager to join their team to effectively manage their aftersales operations within their vibrant well-established and thriving Main Car Dealership.

What they are looking for in an Group Aftersales Manager
  • An experienced Group Aftersales Manager with experience in a franchised dealer
  • A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
  • Strong Technical knowledge
  • An Group Aftersales Manager who leads from the front & is able to motivate their team to success
Responsibilities of the Group Aftersales Manager for our Client
  • Leading the entire Aftersales Team – overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams
  • Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams
  • Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
  • Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department.
The salary for this Group Aftersales Manager position is £40,000 basic with a potential OTE of £50,000.
