Group Accountant - Growing SME in Healthcare space

Description

  • Prepare year-end accounts for all companies within the group, including consolidation where necessary
  • Conduct year-end tax computations for all companies in compliance with tax regulations.
  • Generate monthly management information reports for the bank to support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare quarterly consolidation accounts for reporting to the bank.
  • Assigning accounting tasks and projects to finance and accounting staff.
  • Developing financial and accounting policies, workflows, and methods in consultation with heads of finance.
  • Managing a team of Accountants working on company projects.
  • Auditing accounts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Providing necessary accounting and financial reports to external auditors and regulators.
  • Evaluating financial transactions to ensure compliance with accounting principles.
