In this pivotal role, you will engage in comprehensive grounds care and upkeep across the expansive estate—a key element that is continuously growing and evolving with the seasons. The Grounds Maintenance Team Member will not only ensure the aesthetic and ecological health of the campus but also provide essential support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Routine maintenance and care of the grounds through all seasons.
  • Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively within the grounds team to manage large-scale projects and daily tasks.
  • Provide friendly and effective service, ensuring all standards are met.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Good general education, preferably with a focus in horticulture or a related field.
  • Proven experience in grounds maintenance or garden care.
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Must hold a full British driving licence.
